The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated Potens residential service ‘Mansard House’ based in Preston, Lancashire, as ‘Outstanding’ following an inspection in February 2018. Mansard House is one of only 14 Care Homes of 37,000 registered services to achieve Outstanding in all 5 areas of Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and well led.
