April is World Autism Acceptance Month with Autism Awareness Day on 2nd April. Newbold Road celebrated the day with lots of activities!
Manager Katie said: “We wore multicoloured clothes for the autism awareness symbol and we made homemade badges for all the staff and people who live at Newbold to wear. We also made homemade pizzas with colourful toppings, baked lots of colourful cakes, played games in the garden and we did crafts and decorated the house.”
