Beaufort House is a large property with excellent facilities, located in Redcar. The home takes a person-centred approach to care and benefits from an experienced, enthusiastic and skillful staff team.

60 Park Road South

60 Park Road South is a Registered Residential Care home, providing accommodation & support for ten adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

60 Park Road South is a spacious semi-detached house with 8 spacious rooms across 2 floors as well as 2 individual self contained ground-floor flats.

The service is in a prime location overlooking Birkenhead Park and close to the town centre, local GP services and has excellent transport links to surrounding areas.

Garfield

Garfield residential home supports individuals with Mental health Conditions, learning disabilities and offers 24-hour support with waking night staff.

Garfield is an 8-bedroom converted farmhouse based in the beautiful countryside in North Wales Conwy. Due to Garfield’s rural location this offers beautiful views and lots of local attractions which are accessible by local bus routes.

Garfield offers a large bedroom area with a en suite, a communal lounge and kitchen. There is also a large garden area with our very own veg patch and area for live chickens. All our clients are encouraged to develop skills for independence such as cooking skills, budgeting, gaining work experiences, promoting meaningful leisure activities and social activities.

All staff attended service specific training based on the cliental to  ensure staff have the best knowledge and understanding of people.

Garfield is all about enjoying life and supporting clients to reach their maximum potential. Garfield offers  a wide range of activities in the local area such as surfing, paddle boarding, safari trips, visits to the zoo, bowling & much more! As well as activities in the local area in house activities also take place regularly and clients are encouraged to get stuck in.

Oak Unit

Part of Queens Court. Oak Unit is a Registered Residential assessment and  rehabilitation unit, providing accommodation & support for twenty one people with Korsakoffs Syndrome (alcohol related brain damage), split into three units.

Parkside Lodge

Parkside Lodge is a 10 bedded residential service situated in Gateshead for people with mental health needs, learning disabilities & complex needs encouraging independence and crisis management.

The beautiful 3 floored Victorian home has been adapted to provide first class care whilst retaining a warm homely atmosphere. Parkside Lodge is close to the town centre and community activities of Gateshead including local gyms, swimming facilities and a local library. Located near Saltwell Park, Newcastle Quay Side and Gateshead main shopping mall – also on the main route for public transport.

Dale House

Supported Living service, providing accommodation & support for nine people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Takes a person centred approach, focused on positive outcomes for each individual. Encourages a homely environment, supporting daily living activities and facilitating access to local inclusive community activities.

Dale House is close to the community centre and activities of Dipton in County Durham. The service offers people with high support needs a package which includes individualised support & care, in a stable environment, aiding activities of daily living.

The skilled staff team benefit from training and guidance from Potens Behavioural Support & Therapy Team, accessing solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviour that challenges.

Facilities – Spacious end terraced house with 9 rooms over 2 floors, with neutral decoration and space for sleeping & living in each personal room. There are a variety of communal rooms, bathrooms, lounge, dining room & kitchen, plus a rear garden & patio area.

Kensington Hall

Kensington Hall is a registered residential care home for up to 13 adults with a learning disability, autism and complex needs. The home also has vast experience of supporting people with epilepsy and physical disabilities.

Overview:

The property has level access as well as a lift for internal access to upper floors. There are 13 bedrooms, each with ensuite and showers and a range of communal spaces including a large lounge. People also have access to an accessible garden and sun terrace overlooking the garden and views of the Durham countryside complete with BBQ area.

Avondale Lodge

 

Avondale Lodge is a registered residential care home for adults with learning disabilities and autism. The home also supports people with physical disabilities, epilepsy and a range of additional needs. Avondale Lodge is a lovely Victorian home with plenty of spacious lounge areas for the people we support to socialise in.

The home is located on traditional street next to Redcar Cricket Club within walking distance of Redcar town centre. The home is registered for up to 12 adults.

Avondale Lodge benefits from dedicated, enthusiastic and caring support workers. The skilled staff team benefit from a minimum of NVQ level 2, Safeguarding, Medication Management, Moving & Handling, Emergency First Aid and Positive Behavioural Support.

Our staff receive consistent guidance from Potens Behavioural Support & Therapy Team, accessing solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviours that challenge.

Middleton Lodge

 

Middleton Lodge is a registered residential care home for adults with complex learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. The home is registered for up to 10 adults and the people that currently live here are aged between 40-75 years old.

The service is situated in the centre of Middleton St George in Darlington. Middleton Lodge is very close to various public transport links with easy access to nearby towns and cities such as Darlington, Stockton on Tees and Middlesborough.

Middleton Lodge offers a warm and welcoming environment which is staffed 24/7. Individuals are provided with emotional and practical support they need to live life to the full and engage in community activities. Our service takes a person centred approach, focused on positive outcomes for each individual.

Calder View

Calder View is registered residential home for adults with mental health & complex needs, close to town of Colne.

The service offers people with high support needs a package which includes individualised support & care, in a stable environment, aiding rehabilitation and recovery.

Calder View offers support for:
-personality disorder
-bi-polar
-schizophrenia
-depression
-poor motivation
-self harm

Support can also be offered for clients on a Community Treatment Order or Section under the Mental Health Act. Staff work in partnership with other concerned professionals to involve residents with local therapeutic resources such as CPN’s, mental health clinics and substance misuse teams.
