Support is provided to encourage independence & relapse intervention strategies with rehabilitative support focused on the outcomes of the Mental Health Recovery Star. Encouraging inclusion in the local community, Oak is a welcoming, supportive and stimulating residential service ready to welcome new people and support them in leading an independent life.
