Avondale Lodge is a Registered Residential Care home for 12 adults providing daily support for individuals with
learning disabilities, additional mental health needs, complex & challenging behaviour, autism and physical disabilities in a homely environment where we can enable individuals independence.

The skilled staff team benefit from a minimum of NVQ level 2, Safeguarding, Medication Management, Moving
& Handling, Emergency First Aid and Positive Behavioural Support.
Our staff receive consistent guidance from Potens Behavioural Support & Therapy Team, accessing solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviour that challenges.
