This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and at Supported Lives they have celebrated Wear it Pink Day in support of Breast Cancer Now to help fund life-saving breast cancer research and support. 🌸
Manager Allia said “For our Wear It Pink Fundraising Event, all of the staff and people we support participated in different activities, games and a bake sale to raise funds for Breast Cancer Now and we raised a great £82!! 👏 We received lots of resources from Breast Cancer Now and shared lots of information on breast cancer, how to check your breasts, personal stories and activities with everyone at Supported Lives. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event and raising awareness for Breast Cancer, to support an amazing cause!” 🩷
