The Countdown is on to our Staff Awards Evening 🌟

 

We’re looking forward to our Staff Awards on 14th November 2024, to meet our fabulous finalists and find out who has won.

 

Hosted by our very own Ian Smith, as master of ceremonies, the event in Manchester will bring together our well deserving finalists from across the UK.

 

This year’s Staff Awards is particularly special, as we celebrate 35 years of Potens. Our awards recognise our staff’s incredible contribution to making Potens what it is today. They are part of our success journey.

 

 

Outstanding Achievement Award

 

This award recognises an individual or team who has supported one or more of the people they support to push through the barriers of convention to dream and achieve their goals or wishes.

This award is for a team or individual who had gone above and beyond to improve the quality of their service, and/or impact the lives of Potens’ people (people we support or our colleagues).
