On the 5th August the individuals and team at Cae Glas in North Wales held a very special memorial afternoon to remember their wonderful friend Christine.
Ceri Jones, Activities Coordinator, said:
“Christine passed away recently and was a huge part of our home. She was a wonderful friend to all the residents and made a real positive impact on everyone who knew her.”
In a recent resident’s meetings the individuals living at Cae Glas decided to come together and create a memorial so they could remember their friend.
Ceri adds: “We purchased a bench and a plaque in Christine’s memory and held a ceremony, placing it in the garden. One of our residents read “The Dash” poem and this was followed by afternoon tea and everyone coming together to share their memories of Christine.”
