This week, at Springfield Resource Centre in Darlington, the team have celebrated 15 Years’ service for Deputy Manger Paula with a surprise party!
Senior Support Worker Elizabeth said: “Over the years Paula has worked at both Potens’ Darlington Supported Living and Springfield. We organised a surprise party for Paula, inviting both Springfield and Darlington staff and people we support. We celebrated together thanking Paula for all her hard work and commitment over the years.”
