Supported Living service offers Tenancies and support for four people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Encourages a homely environment, with a variety of facilities. We take a person centred approach, encouraging independence focusing on outcomes of individuals. We Support effective communication & encourage activities of daily living.

5 person detached house in semi-rural village, 2 miles east of Ormskirk Town Centre. Communal kitchen/diner,  lounge, utility room and 2 x upstairs bathroom / toilet  (one with shower & one with bath) plus ground-floor 1 x wet room / toilet.
Ramped access to front and rear of property. Good size rear garden and patio
Good transport links by bus to Ormskirk & Skelmersdale
2 x Local Pub serving a fine selection of drinks and good pub grub
Church – St James Church – Church of England
Market Town of Ormskirk 2 miles away with full town amenities : shops / restaurants / sports facilities, Parks, Library,  hospital, medial GP’s, train station, bus station and market each Thurs & Sat
Skelmersdale is 4 miles away. Large indoor shopping complex, NHS Walk in Centre, sports facilities, parks, library, and bus station
