North Wales Supported Living

Potens’ North Wales Supported Living (NWSL) Services provide CSSIW registered domiciliary care & supported living services across North Wales.  Providing personalised, specialist support to individuals living in their own homes and person centered support packages for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex needs.

The service:

• encourages positive community integration through accessing local activities and amenities;
• provides support that empowers the individual to achieve their own goals;
• focuses on the development of skills to maximise independent living;
• with access and guidance in assistive technology where possible, with support towards managing individual budgets.
