Larwood House is a residential home for 9 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Larwood House is located on the outskirts of Kirby-in- Ashfield.
The home is a well-designed spacious bungalow decorated to a high specification influenced by the choices and needs of the people living in the home.
Each person living at Larwood House has a support plan based on needs and individual choices with agreed outcome’s working towards greater independence. Activities both social and educational are based on individual choice.
The staff team are trained to a high standard with both online and face to face training and is based on individual need. We have a great support network with our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team and other specialists within Potens.
The home is well situated within the community of Kirby-in-Ashfield, close to local shops, transport links and community facilities. With access to our own vehicle for the use of the people living at Larwood House.
The people living at Larwood House are involved in all aspects of the running of the home, including staff recruitment.
