Knockmore Supported Living Service

Knockmore Supported Living Service is a large two story building in the village of Derrygonnelly, Enniskillen, Northern Ireland. Knockmore provide a person centred service to 6 individuals with learning disabilities. The primary aims of the service is to offer flexibility of support to assess and develop individual’s daily life skills, actively promoting choice and empowerment and achieving real outcomes for the individuals being supported.

The Knockmore Domiciliary Service offers a range of services to people with learning disabilities living within the local community. The service can offer a range of day time oppertunities including social and leisure activities as well as educational and support to people who may display challenging behaviour.
