Potens Focus Support service in Newbury encompasses a domiciliary care and the following supported living services.

– 60 Queens Road, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 7PA –  3 beds in the main house. 1 self-contained bedsit and 1 self-contained annex.

– Primavera, 87a Cranmore Lane, Aldershot, Hampshire GU11 3AP, UK – 6 beds.

We offer 2 supported living services within Queens Road Newbury.

48 Queens offers placements for up to seven people, and 60 Queens Road offers placements for up to 5 people. At this supported community, we strive to provide a service which is as purposeful as it is meaningful; encompassing person led, bespoke support.

– The service is close to the town centre and community activities, allowing for ease of access. The buildings are laid out over two floors with all bedrooms offering en suits, a communal kitchen, a lounge and a dining area. There is a private and enclosed garden to the rear of both the property.

– As a domiciliary care service we provide fully trained staff to support individuals in their own homes. We work with individuals to recognise goals and pathways to achieving these and we recognise the importance of maintaining independence and ensure that this is at the heart of the support provided.

The bespoke nature of the support offered by Potens Focus Support promotes a service that evolves with those we support. However, the basis of that support will always be consistent which is to provide a safe and caring environment where the people we support are at the forefront of all we do.

In addition, Primavera service in Aldershot encompasses a domiciliary care and supported living service.

Primavera House is a Younger Adults Transitions Supported Living Service within a lovely large detached house which is based in Hampshire on the border of Surrey.

– The supported living service supports 6 young adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible in their local community.

– Each person has their own room, with en-suite, as well as access to communal areas. The staff team are also skilled in managing complex epilepsy and physical disabilities.

This is a transitional service that supports young adults in developing their life skills, and in doing so, helps to nurture their potential and to be active members of their community.

We work in partnership with schools & colleges so that the people we support, continue to achieve their educational potential. We believe that everyone who resides at Primavera House should be positively challenged to maximise their potential. The outcomes that can be achieved are endless.
