Chilmington House is a small 7 bedded specialist residential service for both male and female adults with complex learning, physical, health needs and multi-sensory challenges and loss.
The service is set in a purpose-built bungalow with an accessible beautiful garden. Our team provides 24-hour direct care and support, delivering holistic and therapeutic individualised specialist complex care.
Chilmington House supports people in a personalised way, giving them bespoke support that increases skills and enables them to meet their full potential; be respected as individuals; exercise choice and control over their lives; to participate in their local community and lead valued lives.
People living at Chilmington House are actively encouraged to engage in social activities both inside and outside of the home. Staff support people in developing, accessing and maintaining hobbies and leisure interests in a variety of venues such as clubs; colleges; leisure centres and places of worship etc.
