Cartref Celtiadd is a residential home situated in Clydach Swansea supporting people with Autism, Learning disabilities and Mental Health
It is a three bedroom detached home consisting of a communal lounge, 3 bedrooms one with a en-suite and 2 extra shower rooms. There is a jacuzzi bath on the lower floor. Laundry room and kitchen which leads to a conservatory. The conservatory leads onto a back garden for service users to explore.
The service supports males, current age ranges between 40-47 years old.
We currently have a vacancy at the service in a ground floor bedroom close to the bathroom. The property is level access throughout although not fully wheelchair accessible we could support someone with mobility needs. Please contact Kayleigh for any referrals.
Local amenities include the bird reserve, beautiful parks and cafes. Mumbles is a short drive away which beautiful scenery. There is also a nearby cinema, bowling arcade and shopping centre.
