1 Osborne Flats comprises eight self-contained flats, designed to provide safe, comfortable, and independent living in Prenton, Wirral.
Each flat offers privacy and personal space, while shared communal areas provide opportunities to socialise, build relationships and become part of a supportive community.
The service includes a ground floor DDA-compliant flat, for a person with mobility needs and a communal garden where people can relax, spend time outdoors.

Specialist Mental Health Support
1 Osborne Flats provides specialist supported accommodation for adults aged 18 and over with mental health and complex needs. Our focus is on helping people build confidence, develop daily living skills and achieve greater independence, while receiving the support they need in a high-quality living environment.
Supporting Independence
We work alongside each person to identify their goals, strengths and aspirations. Support is tailored to the individual and may include developing practical life skills, managing wellbeing, accessing education or employment opportunities, and becoming active members of the local community.

Located in Prenton, 1 Osborne Flats benefits from excellent transport links and local amenities. The service is well positioned for access to Liverpool City Centre, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Southport and North Wales, helping people stay connected to family, friends, employment opportunities and community activities.
