There have been lots of celebrations for Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night this week. 🎆
At Westward they celebrated Guy Fawkes by walking into the local town and surprising the people we support with dinner at the local chip shop. Followed by a gathering at Sefton Hall nursing home with a lovely firework display and bonfire. 🍟🔥🎇
Manager Rachel said, “We had a great time at the fireworks display, there was also a charity collection for homelessness at Sefton Hall which Westward gave a small donation to. 🙌 Whilst at the display there were some chocolatey refreshments which the staff and people we support loved! 🍫When we returned home the people we support enjoyed their sparklers in the garden with staff support, which they all loved!” ✨
Some of the people we support at our North Wales Supported Living visited the Crewe firework display and bonfire. 🎆
Team Leader Kaylie said, “Everyone enjoyed watching the fantastic firework display and getting cozy by the bonfire with a hot chocolate and a sweet treat. 🍫☕ I am sure they will be telling everyone about their fun at the Crewe firework display!” 🤩
