Some brilliant feedback from CQC inspectors and our stakeholders following the Care Quality Commissions (CQC) latest inspection of Potens’ Supported Lives provision. The inspection, which took place in September, acknowledged the high quality support being delivered at the domiciliary and supported living services in Bradford – highlighting that the support provided is ‘Well-led, Caring, Responsive, Safe and Effective’.
Mike Barton, Potens’ Area Manager for the region said: “The team have been working hard to ensure support provided is high quality. The report captures some of the best practice we have implemented over the past 12 months – working in partnership with individuals and families to drive forward outcomes.”
