Lots of our staff and people we support have been giving back this Christmas with donations to their local food banks and charities! ✨
At Walker Heights, they have been participating in December’s Kindness Calendar activities and have donated a range of items to their local food bank. Manager Sarah and Deputy Manager John can be seen presenting their donations from the staff and people we support before they were donated to the food bank.
Cecil Court has made fantastic donations to Stray Aid!
Registered Manager Joanne said “A huge well done to the incredible staff and the people we support at Cecil Court for their thoughtful donations to such a meaningful cause—Stray Aid. Supporting our local community is something we truly value, and what better time to give than during the festive season? Your kindness makes a real difference!”
At Clement House this year they decided not to do a secret Santa but instead to collect gifts for the Aberconwy Domestic Abuse Service. ✨
Registered Manager Chris said, “Everyone was brilliant and we collected a large box of toys, chocolates, toiletries and other items. Sarah and Kim took the donations to Aberconwy Domestic Abuse Service and we received a lovely message in a card to the house to say thank you. The staff have been very generous with their donations and I am proud of them all with the cost of living and Christmas coming up, this was a wonderful thing to do for others.”
Well done to everyone at Walker Heights, Cecil Court and Clement House for supporting your local communities and making important donations to support the people and animals in need this Christmas.
A wonderful and kind thing to do.
