Finance Director Tom Arnold said:
“As an organisation Potens operates an equal opportunity policy, which means similar roles are paid at the same rate for both men and women. The median result of 0.6% as detailed in the report, reflects this and is significantly lower than the UK average of 11.9% (as at 29 March 2019). The overall company split of 72.0% female and 28.0% male, reflects the social care sector.”
