Staff at Parkside have supported Esther to access a Zoom call with her family and friends in Kenya.
Manager Christine told us:
“This has been the first time Esther has seen her parents since she moved to the UK in 2003 as she only speaks on the phone or via text messages. It’s also the first time she has been able to see her baby Niece.
Esther has been smiling all afternoon and she has said she has a warm feeling inside. We have arranged another call and Esther can’t wait!”
