Today is Employee Appreciation Day and at Potens we have celebrated the day with a personalised message to all staff across the company from our Executive team. To thank all our amazing employees for all their continuous hard work and to celebrate their achievements. ✨
It is a special day that focuses on the people that make things happen every single day! Ensuring all our staff at Potens feel appreciated and recognised at work is important to us to ensure our employees enjoy their work and see the positive impact they have on the people we support lives and the contributions/difference their hard work makes!
At Highgate House they decided to get a head start and show their appreciation throughout this week. To ensure that everyone had been on shift at some point prior to the day itself to receive their token of appreciation from Manager Kris and Deputy Manager Meghan.
Kris said, “Being a large team, me and Meghan sneakily set up a table of appreciation in the staff room full of goodies that the team could help themselves to over the coming days. I wrote every team member a card with a very personal message about their individual qualities and what they bring to the team. Everyone has really appreciated the gesture and although it was something small, they have said how much they feel valued – especially the personal messages of appreciation. The team have also asked to keep the appreciation posters up in the staff room which of course, the answer is yes!
Highgate want to express our appreciation to other colleagues across the company too – we are all in this together and really do make a difference every single day!”
