Henrietta said, “I started my job role with Potens in July last year and have been overwhelmed by the amazing people I have worked with in my time already! Even though I have managers experience prior to this position, the senior management team at Potens have supported me to develop my skills to gain my first Registration with Ofsted which I am delighted to receive as this was always my dream role. Thank you for the continuous support and encouragement and I look forwards to meeting more people as I settle into the role of Registered Manager of Apple Tree House.” 💙
