For Children’s Mental Health Week in February Apple Tree House took part in the ‘Know yourself, Grow yourself’ quiz. With their results together they have created a decorative display board. ️
Manager at Apple Tree House Henrietta said, “We completed the ‘Know yourself, Grow yourself’ quiz and then took some time to talk about our feelings and emotions. ️ Followed by a celebration for Bob Marley’s 80th birthday with the song ‘One Love’, which everyone enjoyed. We have worked on being brave and made some challenges within the house to become more confident, which we have created the display board for as a reminder. This will be our focus over the next month!”
Well done everyone the feelings display board looks great and it is fantastic to hear you have all been discussing your feelings and supporting each other to overcome any fears and become braver.
