Over the past 35 years at Potens we have dedicated ourselves to providing individualised care to many people, encompassing Potens values of Trust; Positive Regard; Shared learning and Equality. Throughout those years we have had countless success stories for both our staff and the people we support. As we look back on our achievements, we also look forward to continuing to welcome new people into our Potens Family and expand and continuously improve our operations to meet the needs of individuals.
