Cecil Court has celebrated their October Culture Club and this month’s theme was chosen by Andrew as an England day! 💙
Manager Joanne said “We have played traditional English games for the day, such as darts and a pub quiz. 🎯 After our quiz we enjoyed afternoon tea with some freshly brewed tea for the tea pot 🫖 and freshly baked pies from tenant Gary which were delicious! 🥧😍 English are known for their tongue-in-cheek humour so of course we had to play our newly purchased GetWet Categories game and had face painting done by our newest staff member Roma which the people we support loved. 🎨🖌️ It wouldn’t be a Cecil Court party without some balloon action so our red, white and blue balloons were popped to reveal interesting facts about England. 🎈 This was of course finished off with a sing-along karaoke and dance. 🎤🎶 The day was organised by our amazing well-being lead Tracy L. ❤️ All the staff and people we support have laughed and danced doing what we do best!” 💃🕺💛
Great photos of everyone having fun and socialising together at your October Culture Club. 📸🧡
A fantastic and fun way to educate the people we support on different cultures and their traditions. 👏 It’s great to see everyone getting involved, well done Tracy for planning such a successful day for everyone at Cecil Court! 🌟
We can’t wait to see which culture will be the theme for your November Culture Club… 💭
