Potens 2013 Conference was held in Leeds for all Managers, Area Managers and Directors. The day was filled with useful information from presentations on the company’s aims, 2012-2103 performance, latest developments with Caresys, and group and area relationship building. Plus informative workshops on the Mental Capacity Act and DOLS, the Management Competency Framework and Tender processes.
