Congratulations to Middleton Lodge! In their recent CQC inspection, they were rated ‘Good’ in all five areas! 🌟👏
It was a busy day for Middleton Lodge’s registered manager, Christine. The inspection fell on the same day as her CQC registration interview, Christine said “I was over the moon to see we had been rated GOOD in all five areas! These past eight months have been a highlight for me as a registered manager, and I am so excited about the next chapter at Middleton Lodge! 🧡 I get so much joy seeing how happy the people we support are and what they can achieve…that is down to the hard work and dedication of the staff.” 🌟
The CQC inspector said, “Whatever you’re doing, Christine, carry on as you can hear the people and staff laughing; that is really nice.”
And it’s not just the CQC that is impressed. Staff and relatives have also praised Middleton Lodge:
“….when you go in, it’s like home. Things on the walls, memorabilia, pictures. New furniture, and they discussed it with me.” 🏡
“It’s so nice to work here…”
One therapist told us, “The support given to clients at mealtimes was excellent. The food provided for people needing modified diets was excellent.”
Kelly Sanders, Locality Manager, said about Christine:
