The staff team at Middleton Lodge recently won the team award in Potens Monthly Recognition Awards for their support/care for Elaine who is supported at Middleton Lodge. 🌟👏

 

 

Manager Christine said “The staff at Middleton Lodge have worked hard to support Elaine in building her confidence and in doing new activities including shopping, using public transport and cooking in service… these are just a few examples. 🛍 The staff team agreed that Elaine deserved the award and the treat that they received from winning the recognition award. 😊 Elaine loves cows and highland cattle so we got her a new personalised mug with her name on, new bedding and other items that Elaine would like. 🐮 When presented with her gifts Elaine said, “I’m speechless, it’s fantastic and amazing. Thank you!” It’s lovely to see Elaine doing so well and doing some amazing things. Since getting the new duvet, Elaine has gone shopping for new pillows and had her first night sleep using pillows on her bed for years. 🛏 Well done Elaine, we are so proud of you!” 👏💛
