We are delighted to welcome our second service in South Wales into Potens through the acquisition of Celtic Care
The acquisition includes a Domiciliary Care Service and 3 new residential care services, supporting 9 people with learning disabilities and autism, all located in Swansea, South Wales.
The 3 new residential services are: Celtic Dawn, Cartref Celtiadd and Calon Celtiadd.
Nicki Stadames, Chief Operating Office, said: “An excellent addition to our South Wales service provision. Welcome to all – we look forward to working alongside everyone to continue with the work you have all been doing!”
Glenn Barnett, Director of Care – Wales, said: “I am very excited to welcome Celtic Care into the Potens family. This is the second service in South Wales and I look forward to getting to know the individuals we are supporting with the staff and managers. Our team will be spending the next few weeks talking to all parties to make the transition beneficial for all concerned. We will be asking staff from our other recent acquisition to support Celtic Care through the process.
This acquisition has been a great team effort and I would like to thank the team at Potens and Celtic Care for making this happen.”
