Our Personal Care Services

Addressing the needs of carers and people with learning disabilities who require support in their own home with tasks they find difficult to manage. These may include assistance in their personal care, shopping for essentials or help in decision making.

Achieve with us is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure quality of service, and our team are fully qualified in social care, and staff are fully CRB approved.

What We Offer

We provide various aspects of personal care support. This includes support with bathing, grooming, assisting with washing and dressing, assisting with medication including collection of prescriptions, preparing light meals, shopping and domestic work including laundry/ ironing.

• Our staff members are trained in manual handling equipment techniques to use equipment such as hoists and slip sheets. We can also offer support with social activities including day trips and holidays (where possible) as well as support to attend hospital and GP appointments.
