Last week was National Safeguarding Adults Week in England.
Staff at Heath Lodge in Warrington have been running sessions with the people they support showing them how to recognise different types of abuse. The aim has been to not only increase knowledge but to empower the people we support in how to respond and report any safeguarding concern.
