Supported Lives

Supported Lives works in creative and positive ways with people who have Learning Disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s, Acquired Brain Injury, or Mental Health needs. We  deliver individual services to assist people in their own homes, in their local communities, to access valued occupation and activities, as well as supporting people on short breaks and holidays. We have many years’ experience of supporting people with Personal Budgets and Direct Payments. We provide Supported Living to people in their own tenancies with support from a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day with overnight support.
