Juniper House is a residential service for children and young people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
The home is spacious and decorated to the preferences of the children. This service offers flexible and therapeutic living arrangements in order to reduce sensory overload and also provide opportunities for gaining greater independence.
The home provides a warm, safe, comfortable environment for each child to integrate with other children and a full staff team – located in quiet suburban areas with close links to town centres and access to their own garden
We treat every child as an individual and in our homes they can settle into a pattern and routine which works best for them and for their families. Children are encouraged to join local clubs and groups and to maintain links and friendships with others to prevent social exclusion.
Children enjoy a healthy and nutritious diet that meets their individual needs and takes into account allergies, likes and dislikes and any medical consideration. Cultural dishes will be available to meet cultural needs and enable all children the opportunity to live in an environment which embraces multi-cultural aspects of life in Britain today.
