Over the last few weeks James, who lives at Heathfield Gardens, has been auditing other services in his region as part of Potens Quality Assurance Process.
James’ role involves him looking around other Poten’s services near his home in Derbyshire. His team told us: “James has enjoyed going into other homes to see what they are like. As you can see from the pictures he likes to check everywhere, and likes to join in at meal times too to capture the whole experience of living there. At the end of the audit James is supported to complete an audit form and feedback what he thinks was good and what improvements he would suggest to make the home better.”
